Couples seeking a decent stay
It was definitely clean and the front desk was super nice and helpful. I had trouble with my phone login for the room but they came through and got me sorted out, which was really a relief.
Wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

Cozy and Convenient
The location is great, right next to Chinatown. The queen room was comfy and had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and all the needed toiletries like shampoo and body soap. Easy-to-use keyless entry was super convenient. The shower was amazing, and there was even a TV to relax with at night.

Boutique decor delivers a warm, inviting atmosphere, making it feel more like a quaint spot than a generic hotel. Easy access to multiple subway lines makes navigating the city a breeze, perfect for anyone keen on exploring without the hassle.
The outside noise can be a real issue, especially if you're in a corner room-honked horns and city chatter can wake you up if you’re not ready for it. Check-in took longer than expected, kicking off my stay on a frustrating note. The lack of an iron in the room was inconvenient. I resorted to steaming my shirt in the shower. Lastly, I found the toiletries a bit stingy. Bringing a bigger soap bar or some toothpaste would have saved me a trip to the nearest store.

Fantastic location right on the edge of a trendy area with easy subway access. The room was clean, comfortable, and decent in size. The lobby provided a relaxing spot, and the staff was helpful when I faced login issues. Fresh organic products at breakfast were a nice addition, fueling my mornings well. However, the hotel is in Chinatown rather than Soho, which might confuse some. Also, a few basic amenities were missing and could enhance the stay.

I really loved how the cozy room made me feel right at home. The complimentary tea in the lobby was such a nice touch! The rooftop pool and cozy lounge area were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. The only downside was the bathroom could use a little maintenance, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊
