The staff were exceptionally pleasant and kind. The location was great, right by a very convenient metro stop.

Nice place for discovering New York City. Room was spotlessly clean and staff REALLY KIND. Lots of goodies for breakfast. The location stunning and favourable to subways. Based not far from Lower Manhattan and East Village and Close to east side subway station.

My recent stay at JG Sohotel was wonderful. The location was perfect, right off Canal and close to public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room, although small, was cozy and clean. Despite some minor drawbacks like street noise and a small bathroom sink, I highly recommend this hidden gem. I had a great experience at JG Sohotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had a great location, just a few steps from public transportation options and within walking distance of popular neighborhoods and tourist attractions. The staff was also friendly and helpful, offering assistance with any issues that arose during my stay. the room was cozy and clean, perfect for a solo traveler looking for a comfortable place to rest.

My stay was not without its challenges. The check-in process was cumbersome and took longer than expected, leading to some frustration on my part.
